This policy applies to all orders placed through gobaby.pk.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan.
We may also accept international orders for selected products and destinations. International shipping availability, charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
3. Delivery Time Within Pakistan
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before the customer completes the order.
We offer:
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
- A standard delivery fee of PKR 300 is applied on orders below this threshold
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan on eligible orders.
For COD orders:
- gobaby.pk may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation is not received.
- Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Repeated order refusals may result in restriction or removal of COD eligibility.
6. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping for selected products and countries.
For international orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel size and weight.
- Delivery timelines vary by country and courier service.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, custom duties, or clearance charges.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Stock availability issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Remote delivery area constraints
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer using the contact details provided with the order.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unavailable.
- The shipping address or phone number is incorrect or incomplete.
- The parcel is refused at delivery.
If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, gobaby.pk may contact the customer to arrange redelivery. [Additional shipping charges may apply]
9. Damaged, Incorrect OR Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the item received.
- Packaging photos, where applicable.
After review, gobaby.pk may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Go Baby is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Incorrect phone number
- Failure to respond to courier or order confirmation calls
- Refusal to accept the shipment
