Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Go Baby.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Conditions for Refund & Exchange
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased/delivered in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories (if applicable).
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper care by the customer.
Products will Only be Returned in the Following Cases:
- If the toy delivered is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- If the toy received is not the same as shown on the website.
- If the product received does not match your order (wrong item, wrong variant, wrong color, etc).
Products will Only be Exchanged in the Following Cases:
- If you receive the wrong product.
- If the toy is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- If the product has a missing part or manufacturing fault.
- Non-used products within 3 days after delivery may be exchanged. [Service charges may apply]
- A product can be exchanged one time only.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Opened or used products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Promotional, discounted or sale items.
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Hygiene-sensitive items, baby care items, feeding accessories or similar personal-use products once opened.
Important Note
Due to a government-mandated 4% tax on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds for COD orders may be subject to a 4% deduction.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Claim
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, claims will only be accepted if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.
We encourage customers to review product details, images, sizes and specifications carefully before placing an order.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to us unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item or damaged delivery).
You should send the Product to the following address:
- 73-A, Tipu Block, Garden Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
It is important to note that We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or valid proof of received return delivery.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, We will notify You regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method where applicable.
- For COD orders, refund method may be via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
